Summer Triple Chocolate Sundae With Flake Pieces And OREO® Crumb

Chocolate sauce:

180 g Cadbury® Dairy Milk

150 ml double cream

Caramel sauce:

100 g caster sugar

50 g butter

60 g double cream

pinch of salt

To serve:

1 scoop chocolate ice cream

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

50 g Cadbury Flake pieces

50 g OREO cookies pieces

50 g Cadbury Crunchie pieces

Heat together Dairy Milk and double cream on low until melted.

Chill to room temperature.

Add sugar with a splash of water to a pan and cook without stirring until light blonde in colour.

Add butter and cream and allow to bubble.

Finish with salt and cool to room temperature. Add chocolate and vanilla ice cream to a bowl. Add both sauces, Flake, Oreo, and Crunchie and serve.
